I stumbled upon this video via youtube. The photoshoot was so creatively captured and this fashion duo immediately piqued my interest. According to their website, Robot & Brucling is a newly born fashion accessory house of original artistry; couture designs dreamt wildly, then refined into Ready-to-Wear pieces. History, art, and innovation direct the brands designs and image, described by the artists as “Rock-Chic”. Established in the last quarter of 2009, designers “Robot” and “Brucling” are the sole founders of their label and adopted their nicknames from friends due to their unique characteristics and quirky personalities.
Initially designing their own collections for their own separate labels, the two decided collaboration would bring perfect balance to a collection, looking to one of their biggest inspirations; legendary design tag team Dolce&Gabbana . Their nicknames, given by friends, were joined and the brand was born.
